We strive to offer you the highest quality product for your garden. Professional Seattle gardeners use our products, because in the end, it saves you money to buy the best gardening products in bulk rather than the bagged supply at a big box store. When you get quality soil, you will be able to see and taste the difference.
OUR STORY
We are a family business that has been providing dirt and compost for gardens throughout the Ballard and Magnolia areas for the last 10 years. There is no other place in the city that you can drop off yard waste (like sod, dirt, concrete or brush) then pick up new fish-compost or drain rock in the same shopping trip, 5 minutes from your house.

The materials you drop off with us are recycled to keep our environment and city cleaner for a better future.

For top-dressing lawns Ciscoe Morris recommends putting about a 1/2” layer over the lawn and raking it across evenly. It’s adds microorganisms, which will help fight any disease that might occur on the lawn. It will also allow you to water less often. It’s a really nice thing to do about once a year in early spring.
